Hey! I’m Laura.

I’ve been a life-long foodie, passionate baker, and pursuer of all things delicious. In 2023, I won The Great Australian Bake Off!

I tell stories through food. It is my greatest pleasure in life to make and bake delicious things to bring you a moment of joy through a shared memory, a glimmer of nostalgia, or even transport you to a special time and place.

For me, flavour is everything. My food is rooted in references from my heritage & culture as a South-East Asian growing up in Australia, and blended with classic French techniques. It’s refined and modern, but not pretentious or inaccessible — it’s always unexpected, but harmonious. I want to give you that moment of ‘…wow’ on first bite.

Now, I work with my clients to create bespoke, memorable, unique, and delicious eating experiences. My goal is to help you create shared memories with food at their centre, be it a celebratory afternoon tea, or a just-because brunch. I’d love to work with you to create a dessert table, a special cake, or a sharing menu for you and your loved ones.
